Getting There

Follow the Bubbles to Wilson Park

Ok, we're half-kidding about the bubbles. But you can bring them, and you won't miss all the festive color, artists and greeters bursting to and fro from this Northwest Side fun spot. It's really easy to get to Wilson Park. You can walk, wheel, train or take a car there.

Address: Wilson Park, easily accessible via public transit 4630 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago, IL 60630 [park district page]
For a Google Map click here.

Accessible by sidewalk, bike, vehicle (carpooling recommended) or public transportation. We suggest getting off at the Jefferson Park Blue Line Stop (CTA) or the Jefferson Park Transit Center (Metra). Taking the #56 Milwaukee bus or #81 Lawrence bus is another option.

More tips & tricks? Visit, especially if coming from out-of-town.

You can enter from many corners, but we recommend on the Northeast or Southeast corners. Feel free to donate to (or high five) a greeter wearing a FIGMENT shirt. Volunteers are there to help you!

Driving: From I-90W, take exit 84 for Lawrence Ave. Make a slight left onto Lawrence, then it's about a half mile to the Milwaukee. From I-90E, take exit 84 for Lawrence Ave. Make a right onto Lawrence, then go about a quarter mile to the park. Metered street parking is available around the park.

Parking:The neighboring streets are free and not permit parking. One area is on Wilson just off of Lawrence. The streets behind the park are good places, too.

Please consider public transit or carpooling.

Many thanks to the 45th Ward and the Chicago Park District for welcoming FIGMENT!
